I didn't always know that I wanted to be a photographer. My passion was born the moment I saw a piece of someone's history preserved in time, fixed on photographic paper.
My first camera was an old and broken device, which I disarmed when I was only 9 years old, trying to reveal the secret that was inside, how to freeze time. It was my second camera, a cardboard box, the one that guided my way. When I was finally able to use an SLR camera, a few years later, everything was decided.
I still feel the same passion for traveling, knowing different places, cultures, people, and preserving these great memories which also become mine. I don't think it is possible for me to stop seeing the world in this way ... through the lens.
